We are so very pleased with the care for my father. St Francis staff have been so kind to him and have given him so much love and respect which has gone beyond our expectations. We don’t have to worry or be concerned about his care or treatment at all. Most staff know everyone’s name throughout the facility which shows they truly care to make them all feel loved. They warmly greet him and let him “work” along side staff at their desks or help “fix” things around the house. He loves Patrick and Ryan especially. They make him feel comfortable and at home. These two were his first faces to get to know well and they continue to make him feel safe, loved and heard. Our experience has been so wonderful, like no other facility. He was so forlorn while living at another facility before coming to St Francis, he quickly became comfortable and confident and we realized it would be good for him.
